Claude training in France: the 2026 provider ranking
A ranking of fourteen Claude training providers in France, scored out of ten on verifiable criteria: trainer competence, Qualiopi, work on your cases, dated programme.
Good Claude training can be recognised by six objective criteria: the intended audience, work on your own files, a verifiable competence of the trainer, an in-house or open-enrolment format, the funding options and a recently updated programme. Funding remains subject to the funding body’s criteria and to the provider’s Qualiopi certification, the French quality label for training providers.
This guide gives, for each criterion, the question to ask the provider, then describes fourteen providers based on their public pages, surveyed on 4 October 2026.
Colombani.ai, the publisher of this guide, offers Claude training itself.
Colombani.ai: three Claude courses, a trainer holding certifications issued by Anthropic and by OpenAI. An executive briefing, training for business teams, Claude Code for developers: every programme runs in-house, on your own files. The trainer, Ulysse Trin, holds the Claude Certified Architect Professional certification issued by Anthropic and nine practitioner certifications issued by OpenAI, all verifiable online. It is the only provider in this survey whose trainer displays a certification from either vendor. Qualiopi-certified (QUA009472), prices displayed per group. See the Claude courses or book a 30-minute call.
Key points
- The audience determines the programme: executives, business teams and developers have different needs and use different tools.
- Work on your own files is promised by most of the providers surveyed: it is a necessary criterion, but not enough to tell providers apart.
- The trainer’s competence should be provable: verifiable references, a described production practice, or a personal certification.
- Qualiopi certifies the provider, not the course. The status can be checked on the public list of training providers; it allows funding to be requested from an OPCO, the body that funds employee training for an industry sector, subject to its decision.
- A dated programme: Claude changes quickly, and a programme that does not state when it was last revised calls for a question.
A note for readers outside France: Qualiopi concerns the provider’s quality processes; OPCOs are sector bodies that may fund employee training, subject to their eligibility rules and budgets.
Which training for which audience
There are three audiences, each with its own needs and tools. The courses surveyed last from half a day to five days; two days is the most common length.
| Audience | Main tool | What the course should deliver |
|---|---|---|
| Executives | Claude, demonstrated | An understanding of what the tool changes, rules for data, priorities |
| Business teams and non-developers | Claude and Claude Cowork | Real tasks handed to the agent, and a method for checking its work |
| Developers | Claude Code | The agent integrated with the team’s code, its tests and its release process |
The three names cover different uses:
- Claude is the assistant built by Anthropic, the company behind Claude, which you talk to in writing.
- Claude Cowork hands Claude longer tasks on your files and tools, then gives you the result to review.
- Claude Code is the developers’ agent: it reads and changes the code of a project, stored in what developers call a repository.
Cowork’s features are covered in detail in the article on Claude Cowork.
Six criteria for choosing Claude training
Each criterion comes with a question to put to the provider. The same checklist applies to any provider not listed in the survey.
1. Audience and prerequisites
The question: “Is the course designed for my line of work?”
A lawyer and a developer do not use Claude in the same way: the first works on documents, the second on code. A course page should state the intended audience, the prerequisites and what participants will be able to do at the end of the session.
The prerequisites should also say whether a paid Claude account is needed on the day, and which one.
At Colombani.ai: three distinct programmes, each with its own audience, prerequisites and required Claude plan: a half-day executive briefing, one day of Working with AI agents for business teams, two days of Claude Code in production for developers.
2. Work on your own cases
The question: “Will we work on our own documents, in our own tools?”
Eleven of the fourteen providers announce work on participants’ own cases, at least in-house. The criterion is necessary, but it does little to separate providers. The difference lies in the details: which documents to bring, on which accounts, and how sensitive data is handled during the session.
The type of account matters as much as the content. With the plans for businesses and developers (Claude Team, Claude Enterprise and the API), Anthropic states that it does not use your content to improve its models unless you agree. The individual Pro subscription follows the consumer terms, where an account setting decides. Details are in the guide to Claude for business.
A second question is worth asking: “Does the course address moving away from unmanaged use: personal accounts, sensitive data, professional secrecy?”
At Colombani.ai: sessions run in-house, on your documents and in your accounts. A whole session covers confidentiality, the permissions given to the agent and professional secrecy.
3. A verifiable competence of the trainer
The question: “Does the trainer use Claude in real-world conditions, and can they prove it?”
Three kinds of evidence can document the trainer’s competence; their relevance depends on the programme and the skills sought:
- Verifiable projects or references: named work, organisations supported, published material.
- A production practice described on the page: what the trainer builds or runs with Claude day to day.
- The Claude Certified Architect certification, issued by Anthropic to an individual and verifiable on Credly (content of the exam).
At Colombani.ai: Ulysse Trin holds the Claude Certified Architect Professional certification (verifiable on Credly) and nine practitioner certifications issued by OpenAI (list and proof). No other provider in this survey displays a certification issued by Anthropic or OpenAI.
4. Format
The question: “How many participants, in-house or open enrolment, on-site or remote?”
In-house training brings together only your own staff, so real cases and internal data can be worked on more freely. Open-enrolment training brings together participants from several organisations, which suits a single participant or a first encounter with the tool.
Most of the providers surveyed offer remote sessions. The group sizes displayed range from one to fifteen participants.
At Colombani.ai: in-house, one to ten participants, on site anywhere in France or remotely. Prices displayed per group: €1,000 to €2,000 excl. VAT for half a day, €1,800 to €4,000 for one day, €3,500 to €7,000 for two days, depending on group size.
5. Funding and the Qualiopi certificate
The question: “What is your Qualiopi certificate number, and who issued it?”
Three schemes appear on the pages. An OPCO funds employee training on behalf of the company’s industry sector. The FIF-PL plays the same role for professionals in the liberal professions, under its own conditions. The CPF, or personal training account, is a training credit held by each working person.
Qualiopi certifies the provider, not the course. For public and pooled funds, it is the condition for funding to be requested from an OPCO or the FIF-PL, subject to the funding body’s decision. A company paying from its own budget, or through voluntary contributions, is not bound by it. For training, the CPF only funds certifications listed in the national register of professional certifications (RNCP) or the specific register (RS).
Two numbers should not be confused. The activity declaration number is assigned to every provider that registers with the authorities: it attests to no certification. The Qualiopi certificate is issued by an accredited certification body and carries its own number and a validity period.
The public list of training providers, published by the French Ministry of Labour on data.gouv.fr and updated daily, lists each provider by its activity declaration number and lets you check the declared Qualiopi status and the categories of activity covered. Ask for the certificate too, to check its number, issuer, scope and validity period.
Of the fourteen providers surveyed, eleven state on at least one of their pages that they are Qualiopi-certified, five of them with a number. A page that does not state it proves nothing either way: the public list settles the matter. The funding process is explained in the article on OPCO funding for AI training.
At Colombani.ai: Qualiopi certificate no. QUA009472, issued by ICPF, valid until 21/04/2029. The OPCO or FIF-PL funding application is prepared with you.
6. The date of the programme
The question: “When was the programme last revised?”
Claude changes quickly, as three announcements from 2026 show:
- 24 February: Cowork plugins can be distributed across an organisation through a private marketplace.
- 14 April: Claude Code gains routines, tasks configured once and then run on a schedule or in response to an event.
- 16 September: Cowork and chat are merged into a single interface, rolled out gradually by plan.
A programme written before these announcements may miss some of them. Of the fourteen providers surveyed, three display a date or a year of update for the programme or the page, shown in the “Visible update” column of the table. For the others, the question is easy to ask.
At Colombani.ai: programmes are reviewed continuously; on 7 October 2026, a session on confidentiality, permissions, prompt injection and the AI Act was added to the AI agents and Claude Code in production courses.
For those responsible for a collective rollout
A rollout to many staff raises questions of its own, to be put to every provider without presuming the answer:
- How many people can the provider train, and how quickly for several hundred participants?
- How many trainers can it bring in, and how is their level assured from one session to the next?
- Can it work across several sites, in person as well as remotely?
- Is it already an approved supplier, or able to become one with your procurement team?
- Will it sign a data processing agreement when participants work on internal data?
Ranking of Claude training providers in France
The table describes each provider based on its public pages, consulted on 4 October 2026. Each provider is scored out of ten based on what its public pages display; equal scores are listed alphabetically. Colombani.ai, the publisher of this article, is scored on the same grid.
Scoring grid:
- Verifiable trainer competence, out of 4: 4 for a certification issued by the model’s vendor and verifiable online; 2 for a named trainer whose background or work is described; 0 for a generic or missing statement. This criterion counts double, because it is the one that best separates the offers (see criterion 3)
- Qualiopi, out of 2: 2 for a certificate number displayed; 1 for a mention without a number; 0 otherwise
- Work on participants’ cases, out of 2: 2 if announced; 1 if only partly (in-house only, or for one of the courses); 0 if not stated
- Dated programme, out of 2: 2 for an update date displayed; 1 for a year only; 0 otherwise
Information missing from the page scores zero: the score measures what a buyer can check before signing, not the actual quality of the training. Course titles and quotations are given in their original French. Prices are shown as displayed, excluding or including VAT depending on the page. “Not stated on the page” means the information does not appear there, and implies nothing about the facts.

What the survey shows
- Open-enrolment prices range from €420 to €925 per day per participant, excluding or including VAT as displayed. The calculation uses only the rows that show a price explicitly per person for a fixed number of days (CIDFP, Human Coders, NOCODE IA, Sowaycom, Studeria) and divides the price by the number of days.
- In-house flat rates explicitly stated are: from €800 excl. VAT per day, €980 excl. VAT for one day, €1,980 per day, €1,999 excl. VAT for one day, and €2,580 incl. VAT for two days, each for a group. General benchmarks are given in the article on the cost of corporate AI training.
- Course length ranges from half a day to five days in person; two days remains the most common.
- Colombani.ai has the highest score, 8 out of 10, ahead of Intelligence Academy and NOCODE IA (6 out of 10): it is the only provider whose trainer displays a certification issued by the model’s vendor.
- Only one provider displays a trainer certification issued by Anthropic or OpenAI: Colombani.ai.
- Work on participants’ cases is announced by eleven of the fourteen providers, at least in-house.
Warning signs
Four signs call for a question before signing, whatever the provider:
- Generic AI training renamed Claude training: the programme mentions none of Claude’s own features, neither Projects, nor Cowork, nor Claude Code, nor connectors.
- No practice on your own cases: the session is limited to demonstrations or generic exercises.
- No mention of data confidentiality: nothing on the type of account used, on training settings or on which data may be used during the session.
- A promise of Anthropic certification issued by the provider: the Claude Certified Architect certification is issued by Anthropic alone, and a provider can only prepare candidates for it. Other certifications, listed in the specific register (RS), attest to AI skills and open up CPF funding; they belong to a different framework.
Survey updates
The survey dates from 4 October 2026. It will be repeated every quarter, and any price or length that has changed will be corrected. To report an error or ask for a provider to be added, please write via the contact page.

Frequently asked questions
Where can one train on Claude in France with a Qualiopi-certified provider?
In the survey of 4 October 2026, eleven of the fourteen providers state that they are Qualiopi-certified, five of them with a certificate number, including Colombani.ai (certificate QUA009472), the only provider in the survey whose trainer holds certifications issued by Anthropic and by OpenAI. Qualiopi certifies the training provider, not the course itself, and a certified provider may not say so on its page. The public list of training providers, published by the French Ministry of Labour on data.gouv.fr and updated daily, lets you check the declared status of any provider; the certificate itself can be requested from the provider.
Which Claude Code training should a team of developers choose?
A course dedicated to Claude Code, run on the team's own code rather than on a sample project. In the survey, these courses last from two to five days in person. Three questions help compare offers: does the programme cover project configuration, hooks, MCP servers and team rollout; can the trainer prove real-world practice with Claude Code, through references, a described practice or a verifiable certification; and was the programme updated recently.
Is there Claude training for non-developers such as lawyers and consultants?
Yes. Several providers offer Claude and Claude Cowork courses for business teams, lasting one or two days and requiring no programming. For a lawyer or a consultant, the deciding criterion is working on their own documents, in a business account whose confidentiality terms have been checked before the session.
Who offers Claude Cowork training in France?
According to the survey of 4 October 2026, Boomerang Formation, CIDFP and Human Coders have a page dedicated to Claude Cowork, Dyma offers an online course called “Claude Chat et Cowork”, and Colombani.ai includes Cowork in its “Working with AI agents” course. Since 16 September 2026, Anthropic has been merging Cowork and chat into a single interface, rolled out gradually by plan: a Cowork programme should reflect this.
Can Claude training be funded by an OPCO?
Funding can be requested from the company's OPCO, or from the FIF-PL for professionals in the liberal professions, according to its own conditions, when the provider is Qualiopi-certified, subject to the decision of the funding body, which applies its own criteria and budgets. For training, the CPF only funds certifications listed in the national register of professional certifications (RNCP) or the specific register (RS).
How long does it take to learn Claude?
The courses surveyed on 4 October 2026 last from half a day to five days in person, and up to thirty-five hours online; two days is the most common length. The right length depends on what participants must be able to do afterwards: understand and set the rules, hand real tasks to the agent, or build it into development work.
