This AI training for lawyers and regulated professions lasts one day (7 hours), with a two-day in-house option, for one to ten participants from one firm or several. It teaches how to use AI for research, summarising and verification while assessing the risks to professional secrecy before anything is transmitted, drawing, for lawyers, on the ethics and AI guide adopted by the French national bar council (CNB) at its general assembly of 12 and 13 March 2026, and for each profession on its own rules, the GDPR and the AI Act. In a session reserved for your firm, each participant sets up two working methods on their own computer; in a session open to several firms, these methods are demonstrated on cases from their profession. Ethical and regulatory framework applying to YOUR profession (1h)
- Professional secrecy: legal sources by profession (French Penal Code art. 226-13, Public Health Code art. L.1110-4, Law 71-1130 art. 66-5, art. 21 of the Ordinance of 19 September 1945 for chartered accountants)
- Up-to-date position of your professional body: CNB lawyers, CSN notaries, OEC accountants, CNOM physicians, ANS healthcare
- AI Act: uses classified "high-risk" in your sector (healthcare, justice, biometrics)
- GDPR: health data (Article 9), criminal offence data (Article 10) and other confidential legal or financial information

Choosing the right model by data sensitivity (1h30, demo + workshop)

- Distinguish anonymisation from pseudonymisation, minimise the data transmitted, assess re-identification risks
- Document preparation and pseudonymisation with a locally installed model
- Roles, dates and amounts removed or generalised where necessary; a result is only described as anonymous after verification
- Hands-on workshop: each participant prepares a typical document from their profession and assesses the re-identification risks

Practical information
1 day (7 hours), 2-day option for in-house
Lawyers, notaries, accountants, physicians, pharmacists, nurses, medical biologists, physiotherapists. Any staff member of a regulated firm or institution who wants to use AI daily while identifying their professional obligations and reducing the risk of breaching them.
No technical prerequisites. Practical professional experience and standard digital tool use (email, browser, word processing) is enough.

30% structured presentation (legal and ethical framework), 70% hands-on workshops on real cases from each participant's profession. Work in subgroups by profession during the profession-specific module (sequence 4). In a session reserved for the firm, each participant keeps their configured workflows; in all cases, they receive documentation ready to use.
Entry assessment (online questionnaire, 5 min). Continuous assessment via trainer-evaluated workshops. End-of-training quiz (15 questions, 30 min), then the trainer validates each learning objective, recorded in the end-of-training certificate. Same-day satisfaction evaluation (Qualiopi). Cold evaluation at D+30 then D+60 on real-world application.

Do all participants need to practice the same profession? +
No, it's actually an asset. The training is designed to work with participants from different regulated professions (lawyers + accountants + healthcare). The common core (legal framework, model selection, anonymisation) is shared. The session 4 workshops happen in subgroups by profession.
How is this training funded? +
The funding body depends on your profession and status: FIF-PL for the self-employed professions within its scope, FAF PM for self-employed physicians, your sector's OPCO for employees (notably OPCO EP, Atlas or OPCO Santé), ANFH for the public hospital service. Eligibility is confirmed with the funding body. We provide our Qualiopi certificate QUA009472, our training provider registration number 11757549975, the programme and the documents required for the application.
Will I really know how to use AI in my profession after just one day? +
Two working methods are configured on your computer, using your firm's own matters. The training targets immediate application on two specific workflows, not exhaustive theoretical mastery. Individual coaching at D+30 secures the transition to real practice. For broader skill development (5 to 8 use cases), the two-day in-house format is recommended.
What happens if my order publishes a new AI position after the training? +
We track the ethics rules applicable to each profession and send an update note to past participants whenever a professional body (bar, notarial profession, accountancy, health professional councils) takes a new position. Included in the training at no extra cost, for 12 months after your session.
Does this training replace "AI Compliance: AI Act & GDPR"? +
No, it complements it. "AI Compliance" targets DPOs, IT directors, lawyers: the compliance officer view ("what rules apply, how do I document"). "AI for Regulated Professions" targets the practitioners themselves (lawyers, physicians, notaries): the field view ("how do I use it daily within my ethics framework"). Both can be taken complementarily.
