    • Demo: an agent that reads notes, writes a report, and sends it
  2. Session 2

    Claude Cowork: your desktop assistant

    • Getting started with Claude Cowork (desktop interface)
    • Creating an agent for your role: clear instructions, context, files
    • Exercises by role: HR, sales, marketing, ops, management
    • Working with your files: Word, Excel, PDF
  3. Session 3

    The art of briefing your agent well

    • The winning structure: context → role → task → format → constraints
    • Before/after examples on your real use cases
    • Iterating: refining when results aren't satisfactory
    • Permanent instructions: configure the agent once and for all
  4. Session 4

    Claude in Chrome: automating in the browser

    • The agent that sees your screen and acts in the browser

Regular use of a computer and web browser. No technical skills required.

100% hands-on. Each concept is immediately applied to the trainees' real use cases. 5 practical exercises throughout the day.
