Support programme

A fixed-price AI support programme, from three to twelve months

Colombani.ai supports your organisation over time: written usage rules, trained teams, team tools and first AI agents put into service, then a complete handover. The scope and the fixed price are agreed at scoping; the aim is for your organisation to become self-sufficient.

Who it is for

When individual use is no longer enough

  • Your staff already use AI tools, each in their own way, with no shared rules and no measure of what they bring.
  • Your leadership wants a single point of contact over time rather than a series of one-off services.
  • You want tools that stay in service and teams able to develop them after the provider has left.
How it unfolds

Four steps, each delivered and invoiced separately

  1. Step 1

    Scoping and usage rules

Use cases are chosen with your teams, the scope is written down, and the usage rules are set: data allowed, human approval, a use register where the AI Act applies.

  2. Step 2

    Team training

Each team is trained on its own cases and tools by a Qualiopi-certified provider. OPCO funding can be requested, subject to its decision.

  3. Step 3

    Team tools and first agents

Shared tools and the first AI agents are built with the teams, tested on their real documents, then put into service with a named owner on your side.

  4. Step 4

    Handover and self-sufficiency

The code, documentation and usage rules are handed over; internal leads are trained to develop the tools further. A before and after measurement shows what has changed.

Practical questions

Frequently asked questions

How long does a support programme last?

From three to twelve months. The duration and content of each step are agreed at scoping, according to the number of teams and tools involved.

How much does a support programme cost?

It is priced by quotation, at a fixed price, after a free 30-minute call. The fixed price is split into steps, each invoiced on delivery, with a written scope for each.

Can the team training be funded?

Colombani.ai is a Qualiopi-certified training provider. The training part of the programme can be submitted to your OPCO for funding, subject to its decision.

What happens at the end of the programme?

Your teams keep the code, documentation and usage rules, and internal leads know how to develop the tools. Follow-up can be arranged, but the tools do not depend on it.
