Train your teams on Gemini, from Gmail to Google Workspace agents
Does your organisation work in Google Workspace? Gemini is already included from the Business Standard plan. The programmes of Colombani.ai, a Qualiopi-certified provider, take place in your Workspace domain: half a day for executives, one day for business teams with Gemini in Gmail, Docs, Sheets and Meet, Gems, Gemini Notebook and Workspace Studio.
Colombani.ai's Gemini training, from a Qualiopi-certified provider (certificate QUA009472), comprises two programmes: a half-day briefing for executives, and a one-day "AI agents" course for teams, with Gemini in Gmail, Docs, Sheets and Meet, the Gemini app, Gems, Gemini Notebook and Workspace Studio. Each session takes place in the organisation's Google Workspace domain and covers its teams' tasks. Price per group: €1,000 to €2,000 excl. VAT for half a day, €1,800 to €4,000 excl. VAT for one day.
Two Gemini programmes, one per audience
Each programme is part of the catalogue of Colombani.ai, a Qualiopi-certified provider, and draws on your own cases: your documents, your processes, your Workspace domain. The materials and installation guide are specific to Gemini.
AI training for executives and boards
What Gemini changes in each of your departments, demonstrated live on your own cases: finance, HR, sales, legal. Choosing between Workspace and Gemini Enterprise, the data questions, the regulatory framework and a prioritised action plan to take away.

- Use cases by function
- AI Act and data
AI agents training
Your teams hand their repetitive tasks to Gemini: meeting minutes, replies to requests, document summaries, spreadsheet analysis, automatic follow-ups with Workspace Studio. No coding. Everyone leaves with a Gem or a skill configured for their role.
- Gemini in Gmail, Docs, Sheets and Meet
- Gems, skills and Gemini Notebook

Training on the tool your teams already have
In an organisation on Google Workspace, Gemini is already there: in email, documents, spreadsheets and meetings. The question is not buying a tool but using it safely and well. Colombani.ai uses Gemini on client engagements and keeps the training to what the plan actually offers, with materials specific to the tool, updated at every release.
Advice remains independent of vendors. Colombani.ai trains on the tool you already have, whether Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or Mistral, and recommends a local or European model when confidentiality or sovereignty requires it. What your teams learn, structuring a prompt, scoping an agent, checking a result, then applies to any other tool.

What Gemini includes in October 2026
Under the "Gemini" name, Google sells two separate offerings. Google Workspace with Gemini builds the assistant into Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive and Meet, along with the Gemini app. Gemini Enterprise, sold by Google Cloud and the successor to Agentspace, is for building and running agents connected to other software, such as Microsoft 365, Salesforce or Jira. The two can coexist.
In Workspace, three tools complement the assistant. A Gem keeps, once and for all, the instructions and files of a recurring task; Google is replacing them with skills, and for Business and Enterprise plans they will stop working on 1 March 2027 at the earliest. Gemini Notebook, the new name of NotebookLM since 16 July 2026, answers only from the sources you give it, with citations. Workspace Studio automatically runs a series of tasks after an event or at a set time. The guide to Gemini for business covers each of these points in detail.
Choosing your Gemini plan
Google list prices checked on 14 October 2026, per user per month, with an annual commitment. Business plans are capped at 300 users; beyond that, Workspace Enterprise is on quote. Subscriptions are paid by the client.
| Plan | List price | Gemini included | What the training covers |
|---|---|---|---|
| Workspace Business Starter | €6.80 excl. VAT | In Gmail and Vids only | Email and the Gemini app |
| Workspace Business Standard | €13.60 excl. VAT | Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive and Meet | The whole programme, including Gems, Gemini Notebook and Workspace Studio |
| Workspace Business Plus | €21.10 excl. VAT | As Business Standard | The whole programme |
| Workspace Enterprise | On quote | As Business, beyond 300 users | The whole programme, with in-region data processing depending on the edition |
| Gemini Enterprise | From $21 in the Business edition | Agents connected to non-Google software | The executive briefing helps decide whether to add it to Workspace |
Your data in Gemini
Google does not train its models on your business content outside your domain without your permission, and says so in the Workspace contractual terms. Storing data in a region, such as Europe, can be chosen from Business Standard; processing in the region requires Enterprise Plus, Frontline Plus or the Data Regions add-on.
Gemini Notebook is the exception. According to Google, region settings do not apply to the data it processes and caches, and it is not integrated with data loss prevention. A document added to a notebook therefore leaves the region chosen for Workspace. The training sets the data permitted in each tool in the first hour, and shows how to block the import of the most sensitive documents.
Five use cases worked on in the Gemini training
Each exercise takes place in your teams' Workspace domain, on their documents, and ends with a check.
- Meet minutes turned into decisions. From a meeting transcript, Gemini lists the decisions, actions and deadlines, which participants then read to spot anything it may have distorted.
- A Gem for replying to client requests. The team's instructions, tone and reference documents are saved once; every suggested reply is read before sending.
- A regulatory watch notebook. Gemini Notebook answers from the texts gathered by the team, and every citation is checked again in the original text.
- Analysing a Sheets spreadsheet. Gemini explains the spreadsheet, suggests formulas and charts, and every key figure is checked against the source.
- An automatic follow-up with Workspace Studio. An automated sequence spots files with no reply for a week and prepares a follow-up, which the person in charge approves.
Gemini training prices
The training is delivered in-house and invoiced per group, according to group size. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French tax code. Google subscriptions are paid by the client. In France, a funding request can be made to the company's OPCO or to the FIF-PL; for a local authority or an administration, the training is paid from the employer's training budget.
| Length | 1 to 4 participants | 5 to 7 participants | 8 to 10 participants |
|---|---|---|---|
| Half day (executive briefing) | €1,000 excl. VAT | €1,500 excl. VAT | €2,000 excl. VAT |

Google Workspace with Gemini or Gemini Enterprise?
If you pay for Workspace Business Standard or higher, Gemini is already included in Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive and Meet, with nothing more to buy. Gemini Enterprise, from $21 per licence per month, is justified when agents must read and act in non-Google software, such as Microsoft 365, Salesforce or Jira.
Does Google train its models on our data?
No, on business plans: Google does not use your content to train models outside your domain without your permission, and the commitment is in the Workspace contractual terms.
Does our data stay in Europe with Gemini?
It depends on the plan. Storage in Europe can be chosen from Business Standard; processing in Europe, which also covers Gemini prompts and responses, requires Enterprise Plus, Frontline Plus or the Data Regions add-on. Gemini Notebook is the exception: region settings do not apply to the data it processes.
Are NotebookLM and Gemini Notebook the same tool?
Yes. Google renamed NotebookLM to Gemini Notebook on 16 July 2026. The tool answers from the sources you give it, PDFs, documents, websites or videos, with citations, and also produces study notes and audio summaries.
What is a Gem?
A custom assistant: instructions and files saved once and for all, which the user turns to for a recurring task. Google is replacing Gems with skills, which also work in Docs, Sheets or Gmail; for Business and Enterprise plans, Gems will stop working on 1 March 2027 at the earliest. The training teaches how to write instructions that move from one to the other without rewriting.
Do participants need a Google Workspace account?
Not for the executive briefing, as the trainer runs the demonstrations. For the team day, each participant works on their work account in the organisation's Workspace domain, ideally from Business Standard, not on a personal Gmail account, which falls outside the organisation's contract.
Which certifications does the trainer hold?
Ulysse Trin, founder of Colombani.ai, holds the Claude Certified Architect Professional certification, issued by Anthropic, and nine practitioner certifications issued by OpenAI. He claims no Google certification. Colombani.ai is a Qualiopi-certified training provider.
Is the programme adapted to the tool or generic?
Adapted. The learning objectives and assessment are those of the programme in the Qualiopi catalogue, which makes it possible to request funding, subject to the funder's decision; the materials, the installation guide sent three days before and the exercises are those of the chosen tool, with its own features. One sequence compares the five main market tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini and Mistral Vibe) from a confidentiality standpoint, whichever one you use.
Can it be funded through the CPF?
No. Colombani.ai programmes are not listed for CPF funding. As Colombani.ai is Qualiopi-certified, funding can be requested from your OPCO or the FIF-PL; the decision rests with the funder, according to its criteria and budgets.
Open enrolment or in-house training, on-site or remote?
In-house training, using your real cases and data, for one to ten participants. On-site in France or remote, as you prefer. An open-enrolment format is occasionally offered for the executive briefing.
