Yes, provided you choose the right architecture. For data covered by secrecy, we favor models run locally (via Ollama or on-premise Mistral): the data never leaves the workstation or the firm's infrastructure. The model is chosen according to the sensitivity of the material handled.
Which professions are covered? +
Support covers law firms, notarial offices, accounting firms and healthcare professions (physicians, nurses, pharmacists, lab technicians, institutions). Each profession has a dedicated page with its own use cases, ethical constraints and suitable tools.
Do I have to send my data to the cloud? +
No. A local AI, installed directly on your workstation or the firm's infrastructure, lets you query contracts, files and documents without any data leaving. When cloud is relevant, we use instances hosted in the European Union (OVH, Scaleway) with a GDPR subprocessor agreement.
Is this compliant with GDPR and the AI Act? +
GDPR and AI Act compliance is built into the design of each use case. Some sensitive uses (diagnostic aid in healthcare, justice) are classified as high-risk by the AI Act and trigger enhanced obligations: documentation, risk management, human oversight.
