"Qualiopi AI training" means training delivered by a certified provider: the certification applies to the provider and its processes, not to an individual programme. Colombani.ai holds certificate QUA009472, issued by ICPF (COFRAC accreditation No. 5-0616), valid from 22 April 2026 to 21 April 2029 for training activities. It designs and delivers its ten programmes itself, from the executive briefing to Claude Code in production, under its own certificate. The trainer, Ulysse Trin, holds the Claude Certified Architect Professional certification, issued by Anthropic, and nine practitioner certifications issued by OpenAI. Funding may be requested from an OPCO, the French body that funds employee training, or from the FIF-PL; the decision rests with the funding body.

What Qualiopi certification attests

A legal requirement for public and pooled funds

Article L6316-1 of the French Labour Code requires certification for providers funded by a skills operator (OPCO), the State, the regions, the Caisse des dépôts or France Travail. The requirement has applied since 1 January 2022.

A national framework of seven criteria

It examines public information, the definition of objectives, adaptation to learners, teaching resources, the qualification of trainers, professional monitoring and complaint handling. The framework was updated by the decree of 1 August 2026, in force since 1 November 2026.

An audit by an accredited body

Certification is issued for three years by an accredited certifier, in this case ICPF, under COFRAC accreditation No. 5-0616. At Colombani.ai it covers the training activities category.

Ten programmes, from the executive team to technical teams

Each programme in the catalogue is delivered by Colombani.ai, a Qualiopi-certified provider, and is built on your own use cases. For the executive briefing and "Working with AI agents", the tool is agreed with you before the session: Claude, ChatGPT and Codex, Mistral Vibe, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Gemini or an open-source agent on your own machines. The other programmes are each dedicated to the tool or subject named in their title. Pricing is by quote, according to your needs, your team and the format chosen.

What this brings to your organisation

A funding body can be approached

(link `/en/training/opco-funding/`). Certification makes it possible to apply for funding from your OPCO, or from the FIF-PL for self-employed professionals. The decision rests with the funding body, according to its eligibility criteria.

Evidence your procurement team can check

When your organisation pays from its own budget, French law does not require certification. It remains a criterion that procurement teams at large groups and IT services companies can check on paper: certificate number, certifier, category and validity dates.

A complete file for every session

Programme, training agreement, participant positioning, attendance sheets, assessment of learning, end-of-training certificate of attendance and satisfaction evaluations are produced for every session.

Subject knowledge attested by the vendors

Qualiopi attests the quality of the training process. The trainer's certifications attest his command of the subject: Claude Certified Architect Professional, issued by Anthropic, and nine practitioner certifications issued by OpenAI.

Lead time and accessibility

Allow at least two weeks between enrolment and the start of training. All courses are accessible to people with disabilities; the disability officer can be reached at referent-handicap@colombani.ai.

How can I check that a training provider is Qualiopi-certified?

Ask for the certificate and check its number, the certifier, the validity dates and the category, which must include training activities. You can then consult the public list of training providers, published by the French Ministry of Labour on data.gouv.fr. Does Qualiopi certification guarantee that a course will be funded?

No. It allows you to approach a funding body, which decides according to its own criteria: sector, headcount, topic, available budget and application date. Only the funding body's written agreement commits it. Colombani.ai prepares the documents with you and checks the applicable criteria before you apply.

Can Colombani.ai's programmes be paid for through the CPF?

No. The CPF, France's individual training account, funds courses leading to a certification registered in the RNCP or the Répertoire spécifique, and Colombani.ai's programmes are not registered there. They fall under the employer's skills development plan and lead to an end-of-training certificate of attendance, which sets out the objectives and the results of their assessment.
